A Creative Culinary Experience Without Limits

Studio Masko was born from the idea that food, art, and community can exist beautifully outside the traditional restaurant setting. We don’t have a fixed location, and that’s our strength. Instead, we collaborate with coffee shops, chefs, restaurants, business owners, and creative spaces to build unique pop-ups, limited menus, and immersive dining events.

Sometimes you’ll find us taking over a café for a day with our signature drinks. Other times, we transform a temporary space into our own shop (we really miss our space on Oxford Road ), serving refined sushi, trendy beverages made without refined sugar, and indulgent desserts for those who want a treat made with intention. And on special occasions, Studio Masko becomes something even more intimate: an omakase experience.

What Is a Studio Masko Omakase?

A Studio Masko Omakase is a private 8–10 course dining experience designed to feel personal, thoughtful, and immersive. Each course is crafted with passion from delicate starters to refined sushi, expressive desserts, and exceptional beverages.

Every omakase is created in collaboration with a private chef and other artists, blending culinary technique with artistic expression. Expect seasonal ingredients, bold pairings, refined plating, and drinks curated to match the flow of the evening.

Pop-Ups & Collaborations

Studio Masko thrives through collaboration. We’ve hosted pop-ups inside some of Manchester’s most loved cafés — including our ongoing partnership with SaleMoon, one of the city’s best specialty coffee shops. Each event introduces new flavours, new menus, and a new way to experience food.
